RESIDENTIAL SOFT WASH

High-Quality Exterior Cleaning in the Ohio Valley

Let Us Make You Shine!

The process of soft washing is using a low pressure chemical application to kill and remove organic growth dirt and debris from any surface. After the chemical application we follow up with a low pressure rinse all of this at the same psi as your average garden hose but with higher GPM (Gallons Per Minute) output. Soft wash cleaning a surface is guaranteed to last longer than pressure washing due to the fact pressure washing does not kill the organic growth at its source. Within minutes after pressure washing, organic materials start to regrow although, it is a slow process, it will come back faster than after soft washing which uses biodegradable chemicals (10-12.5% SH Sodium Hypochlorite) and surfactants (commercial grade soaps) to kill organic materials at the source and could last up to 1-2 years before seeing the return of any mold mildew and algae growth. Depending on location and the surrounding area, 99% of the time the most common areas to have the most organic growth are areas that get the least amount of sunlight, are under the cover of trees or other foliage and the north facing portion of the property.

Why Soft Washing is Important

The use of low pressure chemical application (Soft washing) is more efficient and safer than typical pressure washing. Soft washing allows you to deeply clean those hard to reach areas and greatly reduces the risk of doing damage to surfaces. Roof and house soft washing is important because it can add onto the lifespan of your siding and roof. Organic growth can do damage to siding and gleo capsus magma can do damage to roofs by lifting shingles and allowing for wind and water damage.
